Leather sofas are us warrants our product for one full year against manufacture defects under normal house hold usage. The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser at the original home delivery address. Commercial use of product is not coved by this warranty. The purchaser must retain the original bill of sale in order for the warranty to be valid.

The all Leather or in the case of Leather/PVC combination are warranted against tearing, splitting, cracking & peeling under normal house hold usage for a one year period.

Frame construction: frames are warranted for one year under normal house hold usage.

Cushion construction: Leather Sofas Are Us warrants all cushions against loss of foam resiliency for a period of one full year from the date of delivery.

Spring and Webb construction: leather sofas are us uses the finest non sag springs and webbing base construction and is warranted for one year

All Labors and material costs are covered under the one year warranty with in GTA.

Shipping costs if required are the responsibility of the purchaser.
